The applicant will prepare a written report montWy and at end of th'e project in <br />accordance with the requirements of the permit. <br /> <br />2. The applicant will cooperate with the State in conducting research on hail cannons <br />through Colorado State University or other educational institution as arranged by the <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br /> <br />3. The check for payment of review fees must clear the bank and the applicant must <br />agree to pay the commercial fee. <br /> <br />4. The applicant agrees to furnish the results of sound tests conducted by Dr. Dennis <br />Fleisher, or other sound expert, by July 30, 1996. <br /> <br />5. The applicant will install sound barriers around the hail cannons in accordance with <br />the conditions in the permit. <br /> <br />6 <br />
