Smith, as president and herewith submits his <br />application for a new Weather Modification Permit and states as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. The person holding a valid Weather Modification License, who <br />will control the project is - Michael John Eggers, 55 North Torres, <br />P.o. Box 416, Center, CO 81125, Phone 719-754-2681 or 719-754-3484 <br /> <br />2. The dates of proposed projects will <br />the. permit in 1996 and thereafter, <br />September. <br /> <br />begin upon the issuance of <br />in June and conclude in <br /> <br />3. The sponsors name and address is the same as the applicant. <br /> <br />4. The general location of the project is in the South Central <br />portion of Saguache County Colorado, Township 41. <br /> <br />5. The technology to be employed is the usage of sequenced sound <br />waVes to produce a cavitation effect in the ice forming areas of <br />the cumulus cloud .formation and inhibiting the formation of ice <br />particles and permitting the moisture to fall as rain rather than <br />hail. <br /> <br />6. The permit application fee of $100.00 is enclosed. <br /> <br />7. The amount or cost of the project will be paid as the costs are <br />incurred.
