<br />1. Tha t he is the Publisher IBusiness Manager of The Lamar Daily
<br />News and Holly Chieftain, and that the said The Lamar Daily News
<br />and Holly Chieftain is a newspaper of general circulation and that said
<br />newspaper is printed and published daily Monday through Friday,
<br />except legal holidays.

<br />2. That the said The Lamar Daily News and Holly Chieftain has
<br />been established, and has been printed and published in the County o[
<br />Prowers in the state of Colorado, uninterruptedly and continuously for
<br />at least 52 weeks.

<br />3. That the said The Lamar Daily News and Holly Chieftain is a
<br />daily newspaper of general circulation and it is printed and published
<br />wholly in the said County of Prowers, in which said County it is
<br />required that said public notice be published.

<br />within the meaning of Colorado Revised Statutes Sectioos 101,105,

<br />notice, and that copies of said paper have been delivered by carrier
<br />and transmitted through the mails to every subscriber in accordance
