C.R.S. The pUblic <br />hearing required by section 36-20-112(2). C.R.S.. was held by <br />me in Cedaredge on February 2. <br /> <br />I will be acting on the permit application pursuant to a <br />delegation of authority to me from the executive director of <br />the Department of Natural Resources. For lack of funding for <br />the executive director's office. we are handling the state's <br />permitting and licensing requirements as best we can through <br />the staff of the Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />I would appreciate receiving any comments by phone on <br />Friday. February 9. I apOlogize for the short notice.
