A letter of transmittal shall be made a part of the title <br />page. <br /> <br />F-2.5 FINAL <br /> <br />Five copies of a draft final report shall be provided on or before . <br />July 31, 1987. The Bureau will provide its comments by August 31, 1987. <br />A camera-ready copy of a complete final report shall be provided by <br />September 30, 1987. The final report shall cover work done hereunder <br />disclosing all such work and all data and information obtained and <br />results achieved in performance of the contract including conclusions <br />and recommendations derived therefrom. Such report shall include a <br />complete disclosure of all technical data relevant to the equipment per- <br />formed, the techniques developed, the investigations made, and technical <br />data relevant to the materials studied and methods and processes <br />employed. The Contractor need not repeat in the final report infor- <br />mation already included in the Interim Progress Reports. A summariza- <br />tion and necessary cross reference shall be sufficient. The report <br />shall be in such full, clear, concise, and exact terms as to enable any <br />qualified person to carry out recommendations made in the report and to <br />reproduce any equipment and processes employed and to use such equipment <br />or processes by application of the most advanced state-of-the-art devel- <br />oped in the performance of the contract. <br /> <br />F-2.6 TECHNICAL <br /> <br />Technical reports for each element or individual part of the work that <br />can be readily singled out, including general or specific aspects of <br />each individual part or element, shall be submitted in draft form for <br />review and approval. Refer to No. H-10 of the Special Contract <br />Requirements. Upon acceptance by the Contracting Officer, 10 copies <br />shall be provided. Subjects of reports shall include, but not be <br />limited to, unique ideas that may develop during performance of the <br /> <br />F-3 <br />
