It is <br />definitely not a phenomenon peculiar only to Kansas, or the High Plains. These storms will <br />continue to be examined more closely in the future, It appears only cloud top seeding may be <br />effective in controlling these storms and in some cases, not even cloud top seeding can be <br />expected to do it well. <br /> <br />14 <br />
