That being a <br /> <br />12 document purporting to be an agreement between Grand Mesa <br /> <br />13 Water Users, Inc. and Water Resources Development Corporation <br /> <br />14 I'm the attorney for Grand Mesa Water Users <br /> <br />15 Association. I had not seen this document until today, <br /> <br />16 but I notice that there is an error in the correct name <br /> <br />17 of Grand Mesa Water Users Association. <br /> <br />18 It should be Grand Mesa Water Users Association, <br /> <br />19 and not Grand Mesa Water Users, Inc. I ask the Hearing <br /> <br />20 Officer to take administrative notice of that error since <br /> <br />21 I'm the attorney and know the corporate name to be Grand <br /> <br />22 Mesa Water Users Association. <br /> <br />23 <br /> <br />MR.
