<br />Enclosed is a copy of the final operational seeding report for the 1997-98 Central Colorado
<br />Weather Modification Program around the Vail and Beaver Creek Ski Areas Also enclosed is a
<br />check covering the permit fee for the program, The total program cost for the 1997-98 Central
<br />Program was $138,117.94; the 2% fee is $2,762.36, The enclosed check for the fee is for
<br />$2,662.36, The additional $100.00 comes from the $100,00 check 1 sent you in September, 1997
<br />as a permit renewal fee for this program which is no longer required with the new statutes. If this
<br />is not the case, please advise and I will remit.

<br />I missed seeing you at the WMA meeting in Park City, Utah this spring. We had a real good
<br />meeting centered around operational programs. Also, would you please send me a complete
<br />printout of the most current statutes on Weather Modification indicating all the requirements and
<br />information on Permits, Licenses and procedures. I can't seem to locate my copies that were
<br />being considered for-changes back a few years ago. Thanks
