It is of interest to point out that there <br /> <br /> <br />were no firing failures in the entire lot of WMU-1 cartridges <br /> <br /> <br />purchased from the Navy Weapons Center. The Lambert racks from <br /> <br /> <br />the Navy provided a perfect match with droppab1e cartridges. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />The cloud-base seeder aircraft was equipped with 2 wlng <br /> <br /> <br />mounted "Carley" type Airborne Liquid Fuel Generators, for below <br /> <br /> <br />cloud-base modification. Silver iodide was dispensed at the rate <br /> <br /> <br />of 3gm/min per generator. <br /> <br />- 21 - <br />
