Proof must be provided thot the insuring compony is <br />authorized to do business in Colorado. <br /> <br />(C) Permit applications should be submitted at least 45 days prillr to the <br /> <br />initial date of the requested operation period for which the permit is sought. <br /> <br />(D) Every licensee applying for a permit to conduct a specific w~~ther <br /> <br />modification operation within the state shall publish a Notice of Intent to <br /> <br /> <br />Modify Weather in accordance with the following provision~: <br /> <br /> <br />1. Such Notice shall be published in c~ch of the counties in <br /> <br /> <br />this state all or a portion of which are within the Primary Target <br /> <br />Area of the operation for which a permit is sought, as well as in the <br /> <br />other counties 1n this state all or a portion of which may reasonably <br /> <br />be expected to be affected by such operation. The Prim<1ry T.lrgct Ar~"l <br /> <br />is defined as the area over whIch the operator desires to produce {In <br /> <br />intended effect. For purposes of giving notice, the area which m.,y <br /> <br />reasonably be expected to be affected by such operation shall include, <br /> <br />as a minimum, all counties adjacent to the counties whirh cnc.ompas5 <br /> <br />the Primary Target Arc.:!. <br /> <br />2.
