A copy of the log, current to within 24 hours, shilll be avail- <br /> <br />-- <br /> <br />able for public inspection during normal working hours. The first ~eport shall cover tile first full (or pnrtinl) two weeks <br /> <br />of operation, and subsequent reports shall cover su('(;ccding two-week pC'riods.
