The first ~eport shall cover tile first full (or pnrtinl) two weeks <br /> <br />of operation, and subsequent reports shall cover su('(;ccding two-week pC'riods. Th(> <br /> <br />reports shall be submitted no later than tell (10) calendar dJYs nfter the ene! of tIle <br /> <br />report ing pe riod. These reports a re pub 1 ic records. <br /> <br />ee) Weather Modification Form t.JM3 should be used in making these reports. <br /> <br />(D) Annual reports shall be made in accordance with 151-1-17 (3), <br />V FEES <br /> <br />All applicants will be expeoted to pay the $100 license and $100 minimum permit <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br /> <br />fees.
