<br />(1) Low flying aircraft are above the Cannon, <br />(2) Birds are visible flying immediately above the Cannon, or <br />(3) The Director orders suspension for failure to comply with the <br />conditions of the Permit.. ,-;", ...' <br /> <br />d. The applicant, in cooperation with the Director, shall develop a continuing monitoring <br />program to detect and evaluate any impacts, the monitoring program shall include, at <br />as a minimum, the following elements: <br /> <br />(1) The establishment of a control area that lies within the same weather <br />patterns at the target area, but is unaffected by the operation, <br />(2) Monitoring sound levels, citizen complaints, hail, and precipitation as <br />ram, <br />(3) _ Routine.reporting to the Director. <br /> <br />10. Describe how other weather modification proiects (if any) could be affected adversely by the <br />proposed proiect. <br /> <br />Applicant is aware of no circumstance in which other weather modification projects have (or <br />might be) adversely affected as a direct result of the operation of hail cannon(s) such as that <br />described in this application (including those presently operated under the Permits described <br />in Interrogatory t~umber 6 above). <br /> <br />11. How the proposed proiect is designed to minimize risk and maximize economic benefits to <br />farming operations in the target area and to the residents of Colorado. <br /> <br />Please see Applicant's response(s) to Interrogatory Nwnber 4 and Number 9, above. <br /> <br />12. Describe the significant ecological impacts which may result from the proiect such as how <br />precipitation patters mi~t be chan~ed. <br /> <br />Applicant is aware of no circumstance in which precipitation patterns or measured amounts <br />of precipitation (other than the change in the form of precipitation, i.e., from ice/hail to <br />liquid/rain) have been changed as a direct result of the operation of hail cannon(s) such as that <br />described in this application (including those presently operated under the Permits described <br />in Interrogatory Number 6 above). <br /> <br />13. Attach documents executed on behalf of insurance or surety companies indicating that the <br />applicant has secured liability insurance or surety bonds of at least $1.000.000.00. <br /> <br />Applicant has included a true and correct copy of documents evidencing Applicant's <br />Commercial General Liability Insurance.(Attachment B; commercial general liability insurance <br /> <br />4 <br />
