precipitation patterns might be changed and how increased runoff would affect erosion:

13. Attach documents executed on behalf of insurance or surety companies indicated that the applicant
has secured liability insurance or surety bonds of at least $1 million. (Insurance or bonds must be
issued by companies licensed to do business in Colorado and cancellation must not be cancelable
sooner than 30 days er notice of cancellation is provided to the Executive Director.)
