Hjermstad founded the company and has been responsible <br />for planning and implementing cloud seeding operational and <br />research programs in Colorado. He is presently President, <br />Treasurer, and a co-owner of the company. In addition to <br />his administrative duties, Mr. Hjermstad actively participates <br />in operational and research programs. This participation in- <br />cludes the preparation of technical reports and climatological <br />studies. Recently he served as Principal Investigator on re- <br />search correlating precipitation and runoff in several San <br />Juan Mountain drainages, and a comprehensive precipitation <br />climatology and evaluation of wintertime precipitation augment- <br />ation potential. Other activities include forecasting and <br />consulting for meteorological applications for various <br />clientele. <br /> <br />E G & G, INC. <br />Mr. Hjermstad served as Project Manager on the Colorado River <br />Basin Pilot Project, and was responsible for cloud seeding <br />operations and administration of this many-faceted winter <br />weather modification research experiment.
