program. Me. John DeVore, Gunnison County Manager. was especially instrumental in
getting this program organized in its first year of operation, and in assisting us in the
expansion of the target area for the second season of operations. Me. Joe Busto, of the
Colorado Water Conservation Board. provided considerable information and assistance to
