<br />Because the proposed project meets all of the requirements ofC,R.S, ~ 36-20-112, it is hereby determined that the <br />permit is approved with the following conditions, <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />The applicant will prepare a report and at the end of each year in accordance with the requirements of the <br />permit. <br /> <br />2, <br /> <br />The applicant agrees to conduct sound/noise testing on its own hail cannon and provide the results of such <br />testing by September 15, 1999, <br /> <br />3, <br /> <br />The applicant will install sound baniers around the hail cannons so as to comply with the maxirntun noise <br />levels allowed under C,R.S, ~ 25-12,103, <br /> <br />4, <br /> <br />Said permit shall be for hail suppression pwposes only, <br /> <br />5, <br /> <br />Said permit sha!l begin August --' 1998 and shall be in effect at all times with approval given for future <br />year's operations for periods Janwuy 1, 1999 each year thereafter subject to the permit renewal <br />-requirements ofC,R.S: ~ 36-20-112(2), and suhjectt6 the Colorado Weather Modification'Rul<,s and <br />Regulations, <br /> <br />6, <br /> <br />The weather modification permit shall be further subject to such other times and conditions as are set <br />forth in the permit. <br /> <br />7, <br /> <br />Said permit shall be denominated Permit No, 98-_, <br /> <br />Date <br /> <br />Director, Colorado Water Conservation Board <br /> <br />For James Lochhead, Executive Director <br />Colorado Department of Natural Resources <br /> <br />5 <br />
