<br />fish and wildlife measures were Included. The greatest
<br />single addition to the plan was the addition of Sawmill
<br />Mountain Reservoir, with a oapacity of 55,000 acre-feet.

<br />The Project Is 'now improved and designed to meet
<br />objection to earlier plans which have been voiced over the
<br />past twenty years. Plans are now substantially complete.
<br />Environmental work has been done. The Yellow-Jacket
<br />Project is ready to meet the needs of an oil shaie industry
<br />in north~west Colorado, and to supply agricultural,
<br />
<br />domestic and municipal needs in the upper White River
<br />Valley. '
