Randal Ristau, Department of Health
Mr. Ristau said he had nothing new to report, and they are still keeping busy with last year's
projects.

Agriculture--
Reagan Waskom, CSU Cooperative Extension
Mr. Waskom mentioned that April was very good for agriculture and the rains helped with
planting crops. He said the wheat and pastures had greened up and look good, and the crops
were also looking good. Mr. Waskom said that unfortunately we also had some 90-degree days
in April which caused much evaporation so the soil moisture is now fairly low. He said we
would continue to need rain for the wheat crops. Mr. Waskom also said there are fair to below
average to poor conditions for the range and crops, so even though it looks better, we still need
much moisture for improvement.

Kristin Corash, OSPB, Economics
There was no report from Economics at this meeting.

Barry Cress, Department of Local Affairs
There was no report from Local Affairs at this meeting.

Joe Lambert.
