<br />Rio Grande Basin <br /> <br />Platoro reservoir is very low <br />Rio Grande reservoir is low. <br /> <br />Fish Production Units <br /> <br />Glenwood Springs Unit (GSU) had to plant 80% of our Kokanee this year a month early because lack of <br />water from our springs. Spring flows were down 20% from last year and 50% from normal years. <br /> <br />GSU maximum capacity numbers our down 15-20% because of the drought. The reason that GSU <br />maximum capacity percentages do not equal the spring flow percentages is because we have been able <br />to utilize the creek for a water source. <br /> <br />Finger Rock Unit spring flows are about 25% below normal <br />
