AF...I assume that's top of inactive pool. That looks like all that can legally get out. 1'm
assuming, 1'm not sure. And that's about 14% of the average. And Navajo, that one looks like it
bottomed out. You know, the runoff, we've been talking about that. . . that runoff this year is going
to be dismally low. Some of these numbers, projected numbers, are approaching the numbers
from 1977, they're getting dangerously close to that. The last one I might mention, again, Lake
Powell projected inflow for the year, has dropped down to about 1.6 million AF, which would be
20% of average. That's April to July. And in 1977, I think it was 1.3, so it's getting close.

Question - You know what the elevations are down there?

Verne-- I think it's about 3642 right now, around about 43. 3700 is, don't have it, Jack. Let me
check my...

Jack Byers - 1'll check it when 1'm there tomorrow.

Verne-- When you check it, give us a call.

Jack Byers - Somebody's got to save our water.

Verne-- 1'm done.

Brad(?) - Very nice presentation, we really appreciate that cooperative relationship we have with
the Bureau ofReclarnation, a number of these facilities we manage the recreation, and you own
the reservoir, and we appreciation the relationship of you and (?)_in all the water
management (inaudible). I think there was a question back here?

_ - Just a quick accounting number. Roughly adding up the Bureau of Reclarnation reservoir
storage, about 2 million AF is the rough number. What is the whole aggregate that Colorado
storage is bringing to hold up (?) all the other...

Verne-- In the state of Colorado, or the Upper Basin?

- The State.

Verne-- I guess I can't answer either one, so...

_ - .. ..Related to the 11 million AF shortfall that we've had as available this year, (inaudible).

Verne-- I'll work on that question.

Brad - Next up, the monthly climate report. Roger _?

Roger - 1'm only going to reinforce what's already been said about how dry it's been, of course.
It's also very much above average April in terms of temperature, and the water you get.. .the map
is more warm because of the early snowmelt, at least that's what we think. The general weather
pattern was warm but it was warmer in the mountains because it gets cold at night and during the

19
