<br />YAMPAlWHITE BASIN <br /> <br />Basinwide Conditions Assessment <br />The SWSI value of 1,9 indicates that for December <br />the basin water supplies were above normal. The Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service reports that January 1 <br />snowpack is 134% of normal. Flow at the gaging station <br />Yampa River at Steamboat was estimated at 150 cfs, as <br />compared to the long,term average of 105 cfs, <br />December precipitation was much above average for the <br />basin, Pacific storms moved across the basin on a regular <br />basis throughout the month.
