The Nalural HesoUfces Conservation Service reports that February 1 snowpack is 65% of normal FlOw at lhe gaging station South Plalle Hlver near Kersey was 485 Cfs, as compared to the Iong-lerm average of 792 cfs Flow at the ColoradolNebl'aska state hne averaged 63 cfs Reservoir storage contrnued in January for reservoirs along the mainstem and tributaries.
