3.9 Recommended Changes to Previous Loan Authorizations

The Board has recommended legislative authorization to provide additional loan expenditures
totaling $5.3 million to increase funding for two previously authorized water development projects,
These projects are listed in Table 5, and additional details may be found in Appendix C,

The City of Fort Collins and Larimer County were originally authorized a loan in the amount of
$500,000 for a flood control project on Dry Creek. TIris recommendation would add $420,000 to the
loan project.

The Eagle Park Reservoir Company was originally authorized a loan in the amount of$3,125,000
from last year's funds for the rehabilitation of Eagle Park Reservoir strategically located in the
headwaters of the Eagle River. This recommendation would add $4,875,000 to the loan project.
