<br />? <br /> <br />CONCLUDING COMKEN'r <br /> <br />We hope that this scoping analysis has outlined the water <br />transfer issues the Board will need to consider in its <br />discussions with the public in determining interest in and <br />support for a subsequent thorough investigation of issues <br />surrounding out-of-basin water transfers. We have asked <br />questions which indicate the information needed to thoroughly <br />evaluate the many dimensions associated with water transfers that <br />might take plaee during the 1990s. We hope the seoping analysis <br />helps the pUblic and water managers move toward the next phase of <br />the development of Colorado water law. <br /> <br />17 <br />
