<br />CONCERNING PROJECTS OF THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD.

<br />Be it enacted Qy the General Assembly Q! the State of Colorado:
<br />
<br />SECTION 1. 37-60-106 (1) (0), Colorado Revised Statutes
<br />1973, as amended, is amended to read:
<br />
<br />37-60-106. Duties of the board. (1) (0) To sell or
<br />otherwi se di spose of property owned by the board, in the name of
<br />the state of Colorado, as a result of expenditures from the
<br />Colorado water conservation board construction fund in such
<br />manner as .to be most advantageous to the state. Proceeds from
<br />such sale or disposal shall accrue to the Colorado water
<br />conservat i on board construction fund and shall not revert to the
<br />general fund except--th8t-8ny-c8sh-b8i8nce-in-s~ch-constr~ction
<br />f~nd-in-excess-of-ten-miiiion-doii8rs at the close of any fiscal
<br />year. sh8ti-re~ert-to-the-generai-f~nd-of-the-st8te7

<br />SECTION 2. 37-60-121 (1), Colorado Revised Statutes 1973,
<br />as amended, is amended to read: .
<br />
<br />37-60-121. Colorado water conservation board construction
<br />fund - creation of - nature of fund - funds for investigations -
<br />'contributions. (1) There is hereby created a fund to be known
<br />as the Colorado water conservation board construction fund, which
<br />shall consist of all moneys which may be appropriated thereto by
<br />
<br />Capital letters indicate new material added to existing statutes;
<br />dashes through words indicate deletions from existing statutes and
<br />such material not part of act.
