Declares that the acquisition and application of <br />I salvaged water is a beneficial ,use of water when affirmed as <br />I being from an original appropriation, <br /> <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />I Be it enacted Ei: the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br /> <br />I SECTION 1. Article 82 of title 37, Colorado Revised <br />I <br />Statutes, as amended, is amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW <br /> <br />SECTION to read: <br /> <br />37-82-107, Affirmation of a water right to salvaqed <br /> <br />i~, (1) As used in this section, "salvaged water" means <br />, <br /> <br />I water which is part of an appropriated water supply that would <br />I <br />, <br /> <br />be lost to users of the water source as a result of <br /> <br />evaporation, transpiration, seepage, or otherwise and which is <br /> <br />conserved or otherwise made available for beneficial use, The <br />
