This column also includes points of importance such as non- <br />gaged inflow estimates from tributaries. <br /> <br />The WIS for a given district does not include all structures within that <br />district, but rather those identified as key points of interest by that dis- <br />trict's Water Commissioner. The contents of the Structure Name <br />column are not immutable, although they cannot be changed by the <br />SPWRMS user. For instructions on how to add, delete, or rename a <br />structure, see the SPWRMS Database Manual. <br />
