5.2 Edit Calls

The Edit Calls dialog displays the current calls on the river and provides the
user with the ability to set and release calls at a diversion structure. This dia-
log is reached via the Edit / Calls menu item or through the Water Infor-
mation Sheet dialog Edit Calls bunon.

To set a river call, identify the calling structure either from the map or from
the Key Diversion Structures list accessible via the Palette / Show
Lists menu item. The selected structure will appear in the lower half of the
Edit Calls dialog along with tabulated water rights at that structure. Select the
calling right from the list of Available Calls. Next, specify the date and time
of the call along with any comment you wish to make regarding the call.
After entering the call information, click on the Set Call bunon to record the
river call into the SPWRMS database.
In the Edit Calls dialog, river calls are separated into mainstem and tributary
calls (the mainstem of the South Platte River is defined to be all points down-
stream of Antero Reservoir). To release a call from either the mainstem or
