<br />2.2 Fund Equity
<br />
<br />Fund equity includes the sum of all outstanding project loans and the cash balance in
<br />the fund that has been invested by the State Treasurer. The total fund equity reported by
<br />the Colorado Financial Reporting System (COFRS) was $203.7 million on June 30,1999,
<br />the end ofFY 98-99.

<br />The $203.7 million included approximately $105.8 million in outstanding loan
<br />principal receivable from borrowers with completed projects, $25.9 million in cash funds
<br />reserved for projects authorized by the Legislature that are under contract or under
<br />construction, $71.8 million in cash funds reserved in special accounts or for future
<br />projects authorized by the Legislature, and $0.11 million in unreserved cash. The total
<br />"cash balance" on June 30,1999, was $94,7 million.
