Sellsofllll storage - As a more advanced foml of water supply regulation. water is <br />recharged when surface-water supply is plentiful. and recovered later in the year <br />when needed. Fi2ure 111-2 illuslrates Ihe seasonal imbalance between springtime <br />surf.1ce runolT supply and later water demand during Ihe summer months.
