I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 1.3 Statutory Responsibilities The CWCB's primary statutory duties and responsibilities are found under CRS, Title 37, Article 60, Water Conservation Board of Colorado, Sections 37-60-101 to 37-60-130, inclusive.
