Applications for non-reimbursable project investments are accepted for: <br /> <br />1. Projects or studies of statewide impact or importance. <br /> <br />2. Feasibility studies and projects designed to address statewide, region wide, or basin wide issues. The <br />Board examines whether such studies will result in new loans. <br /> <br />CWCB Funds to maintain, operate, and install satellite monitored Statewide $200,000 <br />Satellite Monitoring and stream gauges to monitor and administer in-stream flow <br />Data Collection water rights and high flood flows. <br />Division of Water Funds to maintain, operate, and install satellite monitored Statewide $353,000 <br />Resources stream gauges for water rights administration. <br />Satellite Monitoring <br />System Maintenance <br />CWCB Assist staff in conducting technical analysis and expert Statewide $50,000 <br />In-Stream Flow testimony to resolve or defend existing in-stream flow <br />Engineering Support water rights, establish new in-stream flow appropriations, <br />Services and change the use of acquired water rights for in-stream <br />flow use. <br />CWCB Continued development of the South Platte Decision South Platte $1,500,000 <br />Continuation of the South Support System collecting water resources information to basin <br />Platte Decision Support be used in preparing surface and groundwater models, <br />System consumptive use models, and water budget models. <br />CWCB Funding for the document-imaging system to make Statewide $275,000 <br />Continuation of the information available via the internet, and to provide space <br />Document Imaging System and equipment for decision support system training and a <br />and Integrated Water library of water resource documents known as the water <br />Information Center resource information center . <br />Local Communities Assist communities to revise and improve floodplain Statewide $250,000 <br />Continuation of the studies and maps. <br />Floodplain Map <br />Modernization Program <br />
