<br />1.2 Method of Compilation <br /> <br /> <br />The inventory has been compiled and will be maintained on a computerized <br />information retrieval system which is compatible with the water data bank <br />maintained by the State Engineer. Details of the system are included in the <br />Appendix. <br /> <br /> <br />1.3 Type of Information <br /> <br />The following, information concerning pqtential darn and reservoir sites within <br />the state of Colorado is included in the inventory: <br /> <br />. The nameotthe dam and reservoir site; <br /> <br /> <br />. The location of the dam site by rnajor river basin, water <br />division, county, stream, s~ction,township, .range, and <br />. principal meridian; <br /> <br />. Basic qata about the potential qam including elevation and <br />height, if such data is readily available; <br /> <br />. An estimate of the reservoir's total capacity, if available; <br /> <br />. The conditional water rights decre~d to the. site, if any, qate of <br />adjudication, and Holt Number as an indication of its basin <br />r,lnk; <br /> <br /> <br />. The potential uses of, the water supply, which would be <br />developed; and <br /> <br />. A citation to the reference material and sources used to <br />compile the information. <br /> <br />2 <br />
