<br />. <br /> <br />and Clear Creek rivers to the extent that they have all <br />alluvial aquifers which can be incorporated into the model. <br /> <br />(3) A work plan, tasK description, schedule, and budget <br />for completion of the model shall be provided by Colorado <br />state university to the state engineer and Colorado water <br />conservation board for their review and approval not later <br />than sixty days after the transfer of funds to Colorado state <br />university. Documentation and verification of the accuracy of <br />the completed model, to include appropriate user manuals, <br />shall be provided by Colorado state university to the state <br />.engineer and Colorado water conservation board for review and <br />comment. Said documentation and verification shall be <br />completed by Colorado state university and shall be made <br />available for its use and for the use of the pUblic at large. <br /> <br />(4) The state engineer and Colorado water conservation <br />board shall report to the Colorado general assembly when the <br />model has been completed and documented. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Project priorities. (1) Notwithstanding the <br />project priorities authorized by this or any previous act of <br />the Colorado general assembly, the Colorado water conservation <br />board is directed tQ proceed, between the effective date of <br />this act and June 30, 1984, with the construction of the <br />following authorized projects: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Project Name <br /> <br />Chatfield Channel Project Improvement <br />Closed Basin <br />- Hertha Reservoi r <br />-Highland Lake <br />;"-Ri dges <br />- Overland Reservoir <br />. Fuchs Ranch Dam <br />,/ Great Western Dam <br />_/ Harper Lake <br />: Buckeye Reservoir <br /> <br />(2) On and after July 1, 1984, the board shan proceed <br />with the construction of authorized projects in the order of <br />priority as originally enacted. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. Project deauthorizations. The following <br />projects, authorized in section 4 of chapter 141, Session Laws <br />of Colorado 1982, and section 5 of chapter 426, Session Laws <br />of Colorado 1981, respectively, are hereby deauthorized: <br /> <br />Project <br />Groundhog Reservoir <br /> <br />Amount <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />$ 125,000 <br /> <br />PAGE 5-HOUSE BILL NO. 1102 <br /> <br />l <br />
