The District shall, prior to commencing construction of <br />the project, obtain such public access to the reservoir as <br />the Board deems appropriate. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Prior to commencing construction on the project, the <br />District shall obtain from the owner(s) of any lands <br />adjacent to the reservoir the right to receive any <br />appreciation in the value of the lands which is <br />attributable to the construction and existence of the <br />reservoir if and when those lands or any portion thereof <br />are sold by the owner(s). In turn, the District shall <br />contract with the Board to convey to the Board any monies <br />which it might receive as a result of this requirement, <br />said monies to be in addition to the payments required by <br />item 1 above. <br /> <br />526 <br />prop/proj <br />
