Water Storage Development Projects Continue supporting large and small water development projects across the state, Some of these projects will ben- efit both M & I and agricultural users, Even those which benefit only M & I users will improve the reliability of all water supplies in the face of increasing M & I demands and commitments to environmental preservation and re- covery. D. Governmental Action Seek governmental action for planning for the state's wa- ter needs, This should thoroughly document existing and future water supplies, demands and potential shortages to assure the development of an aggressive long-term (50 to 100 year) strategy to develop water supplies.
