<br />Ralf Topper is a senior hydrogeologist and project man-
<br />ager in the Environmental Geology section of the Col-
<br />orado Geological Survey. He has earned advanced degrees
<br />in Geology and Hydrogeology and has over 24 years of
<br />professional geoscience experience. Ralf was the lead
<br />author of the Groundwater Atlas of Colorado.
