Demonstration Project Evaluation Criteria The evaluation criteria below were used to rank the right of way along 1-25 from high to low with regard to the need to Improve Ihe landscaping in the area. In summary, areas that are not likely to be dis- turbed by constuction, are highly visible, bare of vegetation, have water available and contain trash ranked highest on the lisl for improvement.
