The plan was reviewed and accepted as fulfilling all of the HB 1154 <br />requirements. <br /> <br />The plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be <br />made available to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the <br />City of Fort Collins should apply for a loan with either agency. <br /> <br />Due to the nature and intent of HB1l54 for implementation of water conservation measures, <br />the State Office of Water Conservation may. in the future, contact the City of Fort Collins to <br />find out how the plan is proceeding. <br /> <br />Thanks again for your efforts.
