The surcharge has been the only real water conservation incentive used by <br />the District. The L TWD currently encourages large volume water users to purchase <br />their own water rights from NCWCD and assign those rights to their L TWD taps, which <br />encourages water conservation by these large volume users. <br /> <br />5.9.2 Plans for Future L TWO Measures <br /> <br />The Little Thompson Water District does not plan to provide any new incentives for <br />water efficient techniques. The L TWD plans to continue to encourage large volume <br />water users to purchase their own water rights from NCWCD and assign those rights to <br />their District taps. <br /> <br />5-6 <br />
