THE'CITY OF ASPEN

PUBLIC NOTICE

The City of Aspen has prepared a draft Water
. Conservation Element of its Water Management Plan that
will be available for public review and comment for the
. next 60 days. The plan is intended to conform with the.
requirements of Colorado's Water Conservation Act of
l . ,_
1991.

Copies. of this plan can be. obtained from the City
Manager's office at City Halt 130 S. Galena Street or at.
the City of Aspen Water Department, 500. Doolittle
Drive; or, call 920-5110 to obtain more information
regarding the draft plan. Th~re will also be two copies
. available for review at the Pitkin County Library.

The City of Aspen Water Department will solicit input
. at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, November 6th,
at 5 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall.
The results of the public input and comments. on the
Aspen Water Conservation Plan will be summarized at a
public hearing held before the City Council scheduled for
November 25th. Please submit your comments to: City of
