The plan was reviewed and <br />accepted as fulfilling all of the HB1l54 requirements. <br /> <br />The plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be made available <br />to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the City should apply for a loan <br />with either agency. <br /> <br />Due to the nature and intent of HB 1154 for implementation of water conservation measures, the State <br />Office of Water Conservation may, in the future, contact the City of La Junta to find out how conservation <br />planning is proceeding. <br /> <br />Thanks again for your efforts.
