If the yielding capacity of our crops had not been increased by improved <br /> <br />varieties and types, many of our farmers would be out of business," <br /> <br />In an effort to help farmers cope with these problems, Colorado State University in <br /> <br />cooperation with the Natural Resource Convervation Service is sponsoring an Irrigation Water <br /> <br />Management Workshop. Specialists from the USDA-Agricultural Research Service, the Bureau <br /> <br />of Reclamation and Colorado State University will speak at an Irrigation Water Management <br /> <br />Workshop to be held Thursday, February 26, 1998 at the Capri Restaurant/Quality Inn in La <br /> <br />Junta, Colorado, <br /> <br />-425 So. 7th w. <br />P.O.
