License fee - expiration. <br /> <br />\ <br />A license shall be issued <br /> <br />151-1-11. The Committee recommends in- <br />creasing the annual,fee for a weather modifica- <br />tion license from $100 (under existing statutes) <br />tD $500. Each license would expire,at the end <br />of the calendar year in which it was issued. <br /> <br />hereunder only upon the payment to the state of Colorado the sum of <br /> <br />five hundred dollars for SUdl license. Each such license shall expire <br /> <br />at the end of the calendar year in which it shall be issued. <br />151-1-12. Permit required - when issued. (1) (a) The director, <br />in accordance witll his regulations, shall issue a weather modification <br />pennit to each applicant who: <br /> <br />(b) Holds, or if the applicant is a corporation, demonstrates <br /> <br />151-1-12. In this section, the Committee <br />attempted to spell out SDme basic procedures, <br />limitations and requirements on the issuance of <br />a permit tD conduct any weather mDdification <br />project.
