Issues:

1. Good actual results from retrofit, when compared with
control.

2. Difficult to simulate results with individual fixture
analysis.

3. Occupancy data problems & uncertainties.

B. Unrecorded stays -- used average values for 2-bedroom
and 3-bedroom;

C. Owner-managed data; missing Room 336 completely (used
average total season value from other three owner-
managed units); other uncertainties;

4. Uncertainty associated with actual flow rates & volumes
(e.g., throttling effects).
