(Refer <br />to the Appendix in Grant Guidelines) <br /> <br />Description of Project: <br /> <br />Please attach sheets as necessary to describe your proposed project. Please answer the following <br />questions. <br /> <br />1. Provide a detailed summary description of your proposed project. Be sure to provide a <br />description of; the need for your project, how you would implement your project, <br />geographic location, time table of key activities and expected results. <br /> <br />2. Describe the methods you are proposing to monitor or track the change in water use as a <br />result of the project. Also briefly describe how you propose to evaluate the project results. <br /> <br />3. We are interested in where you got the idea for your project. Please indicate what research <br />you have done or what resources you used in developing your project idea including <br />reference to similar demonstration projects implemented at other locations. <br /> <br />4. Are there any identifiable legal, institutional, sociological or environmental constraints <br />affecting the successful implementation of this project? <br /> <br />5. How might the results of the project be transferred to the agricultural/multipurpose water <br />system community? <br /> <br />6. Describe any innovative features of your project and anticipated benefits to your agency and <br />others. <br /> <br />7.
