'.. <br />(a) 'EXCEPT" IN THE CASE OF FLUSHOMETER VALVES, tank-type <br />water closets which flush with a maximum of three and one-half <br />gallons of water; <br /> <br />(b) ,Shower heads for bathing which have a maximum flow <br />,capacity of three gallons per minute AT EIGHTY POUNDS PER <br />SQUARE IHCH;and <br /> <br />'(c), Lavatory faucets and sink faucets ~wHR--ef--w~\;Ra\l\; <br />aefataf5t which have' a maximum ,flow capacity of two and <br />one-half gallons per minute AT EIGHTY POUNDS PER SQUARE INCH. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. Appropriation. In addition to any other <br />appropriation, there is hereby appropriated; out of any moneys <br />in the Colorado water conservation board construction fund not <br />otherwise appropriated, to the department of natural <br />resources, for allocation to the water conservation board, for <br />the fiscal year beginning July I, 1991, the sum of five <br />hundred eighty thousand dollars ($580,000) and 1.5 FTE, or so <br />much thereof as may be necessary, for the implementation of <br />this act. <br /> <br />SECTION 8.
