The plan has been accepted and approved as <br />fulfilling all the requirements of Section 37-60-126. CRS (HB91-1154). <br /> <br />Lamar's plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be made available <br />to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority. if the City should apply for a loan with <br />either agency. <br /> <br />Due to the nature and intent of the above Statute and Bill for implementation of water conservation measures. <br />the state Office of Water Conservation may. in the future. contact the City of Lamar to discuss how <br />conservation planning is proceeding. <br /> <br />Thank you again for all your hard work and for sending us an electronic copy of your water conservation <br />plan.
