The plan has been accepted and
approved as fulfilling all the requirements of Section 37-60-126, CRS (HB91-1154).

Pinery's plan will be kept on file with the Colorado Water Conservation Board. It will also be made
available to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development Authority, if the District should
apply for a loan with either agency.

Due to the nature and intent of the above Statute and Bill for implementation of water conservation
measures, the state Office of Water Conservation may, in the future, contact Pinery Water &
Wastewater District to discuss how conservation planning is proceeding.

Thank you again for your hard work in writing one of the best water conservation plans.
