States that <br />the general assembly, acting by bill, may reschedule the date <br />on which an advisory committee, agency, or function will be <br />reviewed to a later date, if such date meets the requirements <br />concerning the maximum life term for such agency, function, or <br />advisory committee. Reschedules the review dates for certain <br />agencies' functions. <br />Provides that the joint legislative sunrise and sunset <br />review committee shall review a proposal to regulate a <br />professional or occupational group only if the requesting party <br />submits a statement of support whIch has been signed by a stated <br />number of individuals from within and outside of the profession <br />or occupation to be regulated, in addition to the other required <br />information. <br />States that when the committee approves a proposed <br />regulation, the supporters of such regulation may submit <br />appropriate legislation during each of a stated number of <br />immediately succeeding regular sessions of the general assembly <br />without again having to submit such proposal to the committee <br />for review. <br /> <br />I Be J't enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado: <br />2 SECTION 1. 2-3-1203 (1) (a), Colorado Revised Statutes, <br />3 1980 Repl.
